幼兒運動遊戲新手教師工作壓力與因應策略

Job Stress and Coping Strategies of Novice Teachers on Preschool Children Exercise and Games

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解幼兒運動遊戲新手教師工作壓力與因應策略,期望本研究可作為幼兒運動遊戲新手教師之參考。以自編之「幼兒運動遊戲新手教師工作壓力與因應策略訪談大綱」,針對3位教學年資未滿3年之幼兒運動遊戲新手教師為受訪者,並進行訪談。從資料顯示:一、幼兒運動遊戲新手教師的工作壓力來源可分為園所因素、教學因素、人際關係與個人因素。二、幼兒運動遊戲新手教師在因應壓力的策略主要以尋求支援、解決問題、自我調適等三種方式。經結果與討論後發現:一、幼兒運動遊戲新手教師以人際關係壓力最大,園所因素壓力最小。二、幼兒運動遊戲新手教師面對工作壓力主要的因應策略為尋求同事、朋友支援、或是直接面對解決問題,以及個人自我心態的調整。三、建議幼兒運動遊戲新手教師在面對工作壓力時,應以正面態度來解決問題,並擁有適合自己的舒壓管道,以維持教學品質與保持個人身心之健康。

The purpose of this study was to look at the job stress and coping strategies of novice teachers on preschool children exercise and games so as to make suggestions and recommendations to the novice teachers. The interviews were done by the self-edited Interview Outline of Job Stress and Coping Strategies for Novice Teachers of Preschool Children Exercise and Games on three novice teachers with the seniority less than three years. The results indicated that. 1. The job stress comes from kindergartens or daycare centers, instructions, interpersonal relationship and personal factors. 2. The coping strategies are as follows: search for support, problem solving and self readjustment. If was concluded that. 1. The interpersonal relationship leads to the most job stress whereas the kindergarten or daycare center leads to the least job stress. 2. The coping strategies include search for the support from colleagues or friends, direct problem solving, and self readjustment of attitude. 3. It is advised for novice teachers of preschool children exercise and games to keep positive to problem solving along with the adequate stress relief methods to maintain the teaching quality and the personal mental and physical health as confronted with job stress.
