幼兒運動遊戲教師工作壓力來源及情緒管理方式之研究

摘要


本研究目的探討幼兒運動遊戲教師之工作壓力來源及情緒管理方式。研究對象採用三位現職幼兒運動遊戲教師,並使用訪談法為研究工具進行研究,經由整理、歸納、分析,所得研究結果如下:一、幼兒運動遊戲教師主要的工作壓力來源則來自「個人因素」、「教學因素」、「人際關係」、「園所活動」、「編制音樂律動」、「政府政策」等六項,而幼兒運動遊戲教師感受較大的壓力主要是個人因素、園所活動、政府政策等三項因素。二、幼兒運動遊戲教師主要的情緒管理方式分為兩項在工作上之管理方式為「自我激勵」、「溝通改善」,而工作後的管理方式為「自我調適」、「尋求支持」,主要對象多半來自於同儕, 並藉由與同儕的相處溝通後,藉此減少自己在工作上產生的負面情緒, 盡而減輕工作壓力。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the work-related pressure as well as the emotional management from Children's Exercise and games teachers. Three children care campaign game teachers were recruited for this study, using interview method as the main research tool for this research. After summarizing and analyzing of all the available data sets, a conclusion can be drawn from the following: The main work-related pressure from Children's Exercise and games teachers mainly came from six different categories: ”personal factors”, ”teaching factors”, ”interpersonal relationships”, ”Park by activities”, ”prepared music law dynamic”, “Government policies”. child care campaign game teachers feel larger of pressure main is personal factors, and Park by activities, and Government policy, three items factors.(2) Children's Exercise and games teachers main of emotional management way is divided into two items in work Shang of management way for ”self-incentive”, and ”communication improved”, and work of management way for ”self-adapting right”, and ”ask for support”, main object most from colleague, and through and peer get along communication, by this reduced themselves in work Shang produced of negative emotional, do and reduce work-related pressure.
