本文從作者過去幼兒園任教之職場經驗出發,從情緒勞動概念切入,說明情緒勞動概念的發展,不同研究立場的定義和理論模式,進而回顧國內教育領域相關研究現況,由此思考進行幼教工作者情緒勞動研究的探討面向或途徑,最後提出結語。情緒勞動議題讓我們留意到職場工作情緒規則、人際互動如何直接或間接地影響員工的工作態度與行為表現。重視幼教工作者情緒勞動議題,能深入理解幼教工作者職場生態與真實工作樣貌,發現問題進而助於改善與提升教育品質。
Based on the author's kindergarten teaching experience, this paper describes the development of emotional labor concept, explains the definitions and theoretical models of different research positions and then reviews the current domestic education research. With the reflection, the author contemplates conducting research into the emotional labor of early childhood educators and draws a conclusion. Emotional labor issues let us pay attention to the emotion regulation in the workplace. Also, how interpersonal interaction directly or indirectly affects the staff's attitude and behavior in the workplace. If we dress the emotional labor issues of early childhood educators, we can deeply understand the workplace ecology and its real situation of early childhood educators. Then we can find the problem to improve the quality of education.
