摘要

本研究之目的乃以運動目標取向理論為基礎，了解網球選手自我取向和工作取向情形。以參加2009全國大專校院運動會的324位網球選手為研究對象。其結果如下：一、不同性別在自我取向方面和工作取向方面沒有差異存在。二、國手與否在自我取向方面有差異存在；國手與否在工作取向方面沒有差異存在。三、甲、乙組在自我取向方面沒有差異存在； 甲、乙組在工作取向方面有差異存在。四、不同技術水準在自我取向方面有差異存在；不同技術水準在工作取向方面沒有差異存在。

This study was based on the theoretical concepts of the orientation, aiming to understand tennis players' ego-orientation and task-orientation. The subjects were college players who attended the 2009 National Intercollegiate Athletic Game. The results showed as follows: 1. There was no difference in a different gender on both of the Ego-orientation and Task-orientation. 2. There was difference in national team or not on ego-orientation, there was no difference in national team or not on task-orientation. 3. There was no difference between A and B groups on the ego-orientation, there was difference between A and B groups on task-orientation. 4. There was difference in different performance levels on ego-orientation, there was no difference in different performance levels on task-orientation.
