摘要

本研究之目的乃以運動目標取向理論為基礎，了解大專網球選手在不同年齡、球齡、就讀階段、年級的自我取向和工作取向。以參加2009全國大專校院運動會的324位網球選手為研究對象。其結果如下：一、不同年齡在自我取向方面和工作取向方面沒有差異存在。二、不同球齡在自我取向方面和工作取向方面沒有差異存在。三、不同在自我取向方面和工作取向方面沒有差異存在。四、不同年級在自我取向方面和工作取向方面沒有差異存在。

This study was based on the theoretical concepts of the orientation, aiming to understand tennis players' ego-orientation and task-orientation. The subjects were college players who attended the 2009 National Intercollegiate Athletic Game. The results showed as follows: 1. There was no difference in a different age groups on both of the Ego-orientation and Task-orientation. 2. There was no difference in a different learn tennis years on both of the Ego-orientation and Task-orientation. 3. There was no difference in a different studying phase on both of the Ego-orientation and Task-orientation. 4. There was no difference in a different school years on both of the Ego-orientation and Task-orientation.
