摘要

本研究主要目的是在探討國內大專網球選手2 × 2成就目標、完美主義對訓練滿意度的影響。以參加2010年全國大專運動會網球項目的選手為研究對象，資料以獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及多元逐步迴歸分析進行統計分析。研究結果為：大專男子網球選手較會強調打敗他人來展現自己的能力，而女子選手只期望成績不要最差或避免受到他人的輕視；公開組選手會藉由與他人競爭或打敗對手來增加滿足感；球齡較短的選手比起球齡較長的選手會擔心自我技術能力不足的現象。最後，經過本文的探討，驗證了大專網球選手2 × 2成就目標及完美主義會影響訓練滿意度。

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of 2 × 2 achievement goal orientations and perfectionism on training satisfaction for intercollegiate tennis players. The subjects were recruited from the tennis events of 2010 national intercollegiate athletic games. The independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, and were used to analyze the collected data. The results were found that the male players were more likely to emphasize to defeat the others to show their ability, while the female players only expect that the competitive result was not the worst one or to avoid the unfair treats; The professional players would increased the satisfaction by compare with others players. And players with less playing experience had be worry about the self-skill insufficient as comparing with more playing experience players. Finally, the results of this study also confirmed that 2 × 2 achievement goal orientations and perfectionism would affect the training satisfaction for collegiate tennis players.
