The purpose of this study was to confer the relationship of achievement goal orientation and sportspersonship orientation in the intercollegiate tennis player. This study sampled 141 athletes which administered with TEOSQ (Task and Ego Orientation Questionnaire) and MS OS (Multi dimensional Sportspersonship Orientation Scale) with by Pearson Correlation and one-way ANOVA. This study found the following results: 1. Task orientation positively correlated with ”the full commitment”、”the rules and officials”、”respect for opponent”、”the social conventions” and negatively correlated with ”the negative approach”; But ego orientation didn't negatively correlated with MSOS. 2. Different achievement goal orientation had significant differences in ”the full commitment”、”the rules and officials” and ”the social conventions”.
