管教認知策略對運動員表現之影響

摘要


本研究以新竹市成德高中體育班為例,探討其管教方式對於體育班的運動精神力的影響。徐春蓉(2001)認為被管教模式的不同可以反應出一個人的思維和行為傾向,本研究中所提及的管教方式只識為父母管教方式,因其教練管教方式為其直接因素;故本研究目的在探討間接影響因素的父母管教方式,分為權威式、民主式、放任式,以鳩田出雲的運動精神力量表共91題為施測工具,受測人員為56位體育班田徑對選手,平均年齡的標準差17.52 ± 1.42歲,而訪談前先與選手的班級級任導師與學校專屬輔導教師進行初步了解,事後再與之共同協商做判斷,定其為何種型態的管教方式並進行相關研究。研究結果顯示民主式的得分最高。同時,也間接的反應到團隊凝聚力和運動表現。並以運動精神力為效標變項,探討其相關影響因素運動表現,並找出問題所在,進行適當的運動諮商。
