Relationships between Social and Economic Classes of Families and Regular Exercise Behavior

摘要

本研究目的主要是探討大華技術學院學生家庭社經地位之現況，並針對大華技術學院學生分析不同家庭社經地位在規律運動行為的差異情況及相關情形。本研究以問卷調查法，針對大華技術學院四技、二技與五專的男、女學生為研究對象，共發出800份正式問卷，回收782份，回收率為97.75%，有效問卷717份，有效問卷回收率89.62%，調查結果以平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關，進行資料處理分析。本研究結果發現，不同家庭社經地位之大華技術學院學生在規律運動行為總分及環境構面達到顯著差異，而在心理、生理兩個構面未達到顯著差異。社經地位之高、中、低與心理、生理、環境三構面未達顯著相關，而家庭社經地位與規律運動行為總分則達顯著相關。結論：環境是影響家庭社經地位規律運動行為的重要因素，而家庭社經地位與規律運動行為有著密不可分之關係。

This research explored the current situation of the social and economic classes of students' families in Ta Hwa Institute of Technology, and gave an analysis of differences and related conditions of regular exercise behavior for students' in Ta Hwa Institute of Technology from different social and economic classes. Questionnaire method was used here for students, both boy and girl, of the four-year and two-year technological education, and five-year vocational education in Ta Hwa Institute of Technology. 800 formal questionnaires were delivered and 782 retrieved. The return rate was 97.75%. 717 questionnaires were available. Thus, the return rate for available questionnaires was 89.62%. The result of the survey was analyzed through average, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance and Pearson product-moment correlation. Through the research, I found that the students in Ta Hwa Institute of Technology from different social and economic classes differed obviously with each other in the total points of exercise behavior and environment, but were not clearly related in mentality and physiology. High, medium and low social and economic classes were not apparently relevant with the mentality, physiology and environment. However, the social and economic classes of families evidently correlated with the total points of the regular exercise behavior. Research Conclusion: environment was an important factor in influence upon social and economic classes having regular exercise behavior. Moreover, the relationship between social and economic classes of families and regular exercise behavior was inextricable.
