台灣中部地區中壯年人士的營養與運動信念對健康生活習慣影響之研究

A study on the influence of nutrition and exercise beliefs on healthy life styles among the middle-aged people in central Taiwan

摘要


本研究目的為探討中壯年人士在營養與運動對健康生活相關的影響,為鼓勵國人建立均衡飲食與規律運動的習慣促進健康。由營養與運動的觀點作為參考,期望及早預防慢性病與減少疾病發生,並加強關心個人有關身體狀況的提醒,以達到健康老化的效能。本研究自行發展的「有關營養及運動的觀念對健康習慣的影響」問卷,調查期間為2022年3月至5月,採用Google網路問卷,共得 251份有效樣本。以SPSS 22版統計軟體進行分析。基本資料包含:年齡、工作、教育程度、婚姻狀況、慢性疾病等。 結果發現:台灣中部地區中壯年人士的營養信念對健康行為有正向影響,規律運動對健康信念與生活型態有顯著影響。有慢性病的人士,有較佳的運動信念,且較能接受運動對身體的好處。但在性別、教育程度、有或無不良生活嗜好的差異分析得知在運動信念、運動好處、營養信念、健康信念各層面上沒有明顯的差異。

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of nutrition and exercise on healthy life among middle-aged people, and to encourage Taiwanese people to establish a habit of balanced diet and regular exercise to promote health. Taking the perspectives of nutrition and exercise as a reference, it is expected to prevent chronic diseases and reduce the occurrence of diseases as early as possible, and to strengthen the reminder of personal physical conditions to achieve the effect of healthy aging. The self-developed questionnaire on "The Impact of Nutrition and Exercise Concepts on Health Habits" was conducted from March to May 2022. A total of 251 valid samples were obtained by using the Google web questionnaire. SPSS 22 statistical software was used for analysis. Basic information includes: age, work, education, marital status, chronic diseases, etc. The results showed that the nutritional beliefs of middle-aged adults in central Taiwan had a positive impact on health behaviors, and regular exercise had a significant impact on health beliefs and lifestyles. People with chronic diseases have better exercise beliefs and are more accepting of the physical benefits of exercise. However, the analysis of differences in gender, education level, and with or without adverse lifestyle habits revealed that there were no significant differences in exercise beliefs, exercise benefits, nutrition beliefs, and health beliefs.
