民航機師休閒活動參與、休閒效益、知覺壓力與生活滿意度關係之研究－以長榮航空公司為例

本研究昌在探討民航機師休閒活動參與、休閒效益、知覺壓力與生活滿意度感受情形。並於2010年1至2月間，以長榮航空民航機師為對象，發放500份問卷，共得300份有效樣本，其中本國籍有262位，外國籍機師有38位。再以SPSS13.0統計軟體進行資料分析，結果發現：（一）民航機師的休閒活動參與，會正向影響其休閒效益；（二）休閒效益會正向影響生活滿意度，其中以社交效益影響程度最高，其次為心理效應及生理效益。（三）而機師的知覺壓力，對生活滿意度及休閒效益皆有負向的影響。（四）不同年齡、婚姻狀況之民航機師對生活滿意度，也有顯著的差異；但在收入的部份，則對生活滿意度無顯著差異。航空公司應給予足夠的休假，及提供民航機師參與其有社交效益之休閒活動；並避免臨時性的變更班表並減低其壓力，以提高生活滿意度，進而有效提升飛航的安全。

The goal of this research was to study relationships among civil pilots' leisure participation, leisure benefits, perceived stress, and life satisfaction. A convenience sampling method was conducted to collect data for this research. The data collecting period was in January and February 2010, at which time, 500 surveys were distributed, and 300 effective surveys were recovered. Among the 300 surveys, 262 copies were filled out by Taiwanese pilots while 38 copies were filled out by foreign pilots. The SPSS 13.0 statistics software was used to analyze the surveys. Here are the results of the analysis: (1) Leisure participation positively influenced leisure benefits. (2) Leisure benefits positively influenced life satisfaction, while social contact benefits were the dominant factor, followed in order by psychological and physiological benefits. (3) Perceived stress negatively affected the leisure benefits and life satisfaction of civil pilots. (4) Civil pilots of different ages and marital statuses felt different levels of life satisfaction. However, those with different incomes did not feel different levels of life satisfaction. The airline company should provide sufficient vacations and activities with social benefits for civil pilots to participate in. It should also avoid changing temporary flight schedules to decrease stress. Then pilots life satisfaction will increase as will flight safety.
