應用資訊科技於觀光導覽教學之研究

A Research Applied to Integrate Information Technology and Instruction of Tourism and Guide

摘要


近年來古蹟及博物館導覽的教學策略已朝多樣化發展,數位科技已成了對古蹟、歷史建築及博物館有所認識的策略之一。因此,本研究試圖透過不同於傳統的導覽呈現方式,經由數位導覽系統之體驗來瞭解神馳經驗及活動涉入效果,改善一般參訪觀光資源的導覽教學效益。我們經由實驗設計,利用質化與量化之分析,希望藉此研究能提高相關問題之瞭解,進而能有效提昇參訪者之導覽效益。因此本研究具體之研究結果如下:1.首先經由數位導覽的參訪活動,學生的神馳經驗程度具有較佳的效果。2.經由創意數位的導覽,數位導覽組參訪者的活動涉入成效比較佳。3.經由行動導覽,活動涉入與神馳經驗具有顯著之正向相關效果。4.經由質性訪談了解學生對於經由數位導覽具有正向的參訪態度。

Digital Technology is currently used extensively in heritage site and museum guidance. Influenced by this trend, many museums have applied digital technology to interpretation of guide works to enhance the accessibility of both the museum and collections. National Palace Museum is selected as a subject for case study. This study consisted of 2 visitor groups (i.e., Digital mobile-guidance and noguidance) composed of 83 university students. A quasi-experimental design was adapted to promoted visitors' guidance flow effects and involvement effects. The results showed that (a) the Digital mobile-guidance promoted visitors' flow experience; (b) the Digital mobile-guidance promoted visitors' involvement effects; (c) the Digital mobile-guidance involvement effects promoted visitors' flow experience effects; (d) the most of the visitors of digital mobile guide system positive response and acceptance attitude.
