論Anthopleura elegantissima海葵浮浪幼蟲刺細胞之顯微構造

摘要


Anthopleura elegantissima海葵三週大之浮浪幼虫具有五種刺細胞,其中四種(atrichs,bastrichs,microbasic,p-mastigophores及spirocysts)存於外胚層,二種(microbasic p-mastigophores及basitrichs)則存於內胚層纖維中。五種刺細胞之顯微構造在文中已有敘述,至於浮浪幼虫外胚層內刺細胞之豐度,(aboundance),分布(distribution)與抵禦浮游性捕食者及著生附著之關係亦於文中一併討論。

The planula larva of Anthopleura elegantissima, at three weeks old, possesses 5 types of nematocysts. Four of them (atrichs, basitrichs, microbasic P-mastigophores and spirocysts) are found in the ectoderm and two (microbasic p-mastigophores and basitrichs) are found in the endoderm filaments. The fine structure of all the five types of nematocysts are described. The abundance and distribution of the nematocysts in the ectoderm are discussed in relation to defense against plank tonic predators and settling attachment of the planulae.
