Survey of Anisakid Larvae on Marine Fish of Tah-si Harbour, Taiwan

大溪魚港海水魚之幼生安尼線蟲感染現況

本研究從民國八十年十月至八十一年二月共五個月,自臺灣本島東北部宜蘭縣境內之大溪漁港採集海產魚類,稱其體重及體長後,檢查其體內之安尼線蟲幼蟲寄生現況。海魚檢查數量共256隻,分別屬於51種,34科,11目(鼠鯊目、鰩目、鰻魚目、燈籠魚目、鼬鰨目、鮟鱇目、海紡魚目、鮋目、鱸形目、比目魚目及魨形目);魚種平均體重及體長範圍從11.2公克至743公克及10.4公分至129.8公分。被查結果共有29種海魚呈陽性,22種海魚呈陰性。平均感染率為51%,感染率比前人調查者為高,其中有10種魚之感染率達至100%。平均每條魚感染14.6隻安尼線蟲幼蟲,在日本羊舌蝶中每條魚之平均寄生蟲數為82隻,是所有魚種中最高者;其次是鮟鱇魚,平均為42.4隻;其他有感染者則平均在20隻以內。本報告之調查魚種包括食用及非食用魚,不僅可提供國氏預防安尼線蟲病之參考,在了解安尼線蟲在海水域中的生活史方面,亦有相當之貢獻。

A total of 265 marine fish collected from Tah-si harbour on Northeast of Taiwan belonging to 51 species in 34 families were examined for anisakid larvae. The survey was carried out from October, 1991 to February, 1992. Ansakid larvae were recovered from fish body cavity and examined. The general infection rate was 51.4% with an average of 14.6 larave per fish. A total of 29 species of examined fish were found with anisakid larvae. Among them, 10 species were positive with an infection rate of 100%. The highest intensity of anisakid larvae was obtained in Arnoglossus japonicus with an average of 82 worms per fish; the next was in Lophiomus setigerus with an average of 42.4 worms per fish. The average parasite burden per fish for each species was below 20. Anisakid larvae were not found in the other 22 species of fish examined included 3 species of chondrichthyes.
