摘要

犯罪分析六十步驟是一套以問題導向警政的SARA模式為經，以環境犯罪學所含括的各理論、策略為緯的犯罪分析體系；其中運用了犯罪學的理性抉擇理論、日常活動理論、問題分析三角圖、犯罪型態理論，以及犯罪預防的情境犯罪預防策略等理論及策略，提供作為犯罪分析的步驟化執行參考指南。本文將六十個步驟中，具有犯罪學及警政策略內涵的步驟，逐一做精要的介紹，以呈現出各步驟內容的精華。

Crime analysis for problem solvers in 60 small steps is one set of crime analysis system, that consists of problem-oriented policing from all diverse perspectives, including Scanning, Analysis, Response, and Assessing result (SARA) and Environmental Criminology contained all kinds of theories and strategies, including rational choice theory, routine activity theory, problem analysis triangle, situational crime prevention. This paper introduces the steps that with criminology and policing strategy implications one by one to present the essence of contain on each step.
