臺灣警察專科學校警察勤務情境教學成效之探討

摘要


在一篇名為“Reducing Inherent Danger"(減少潛在危險)的研究報告中指出,針對美國紐約州的警察培訓,傳統的教學方法也許可以滿足某部分的訓練要求,但是卻遠不及情境模擬、角色扮演、互動式練習來的有效。「情境教學」至少可採取兩種方式實施:其一,實務機關實習、其二,建構情境模擬教學設施。於臺灣警察專科學校而言,第一種「實務機關實習」,近年來已相當落實,並精進再精進;至於第二種「情境模擬教學設施」,警專也在萬般克難的條件下,逐步建構,並與警察勤務課程教學相結合。依警專課程設計規劃,一年級的第二學期開設有「警察勤務(二)」必修課程,全學期中,至少安排1次至該校「情境教學中心」施教。本研究即係於2019年上半年,對該校專科警員班37期的學生,於課後實施問卷調查,俾初步了解渠等學習成效,以研議如何才能更精進?是不是可以有更好的策進作為?本論文之撰寫,共分為六個部分,分別是:前言、研究動機與目的、情境教學規劃設計、研究設計、研究結果與發現、心得與建議-代結語。
