臺灣警察專科學校警察勤務情境教學成效之探討

在一篇名為“Reducing Inherent Danger＂（減少潛在危險）的研究報告中指出，針對美國紐約州的警察培訓，傳統的教學方法也許可以滿足某部分的訓練要求，但是卻遠不及情境模擬、角色扮演、互動式練習來的有效。「情境教學」至少可採取兩種方式實施：其一，實務機關實習、其二，建構情境模擬教學設施。於臺灣警察專科學校而言，第一種「實務機關實習」，近年來已相當落實，並精進再精進；至於第二種「情境模擬教學設施」，警專也在萬般克難的條件下，逐步建構，並與警察勤務課程教學相結合。依警專課程設計規劃，一年級的第二學期開設有「警察勤務（二）」必修課程，全學期中，至少安排1次至該校「情境教學中心」施教。本研究即係於2019年上半年，對該校專科警員班37期的學生，於課後實施問卷調查，俾初步了解渠等學習成效，以研議如何才能更精進？是不是可以有更好的策進作為？本論文之撰寫，共分為六個部分，分別是：前言、研究動機與目的、情境教學規劃設計、研究設計、研究結果與發現、心得與建議－代結語。

Is it possible to have a better strategy? It is divided into six parts: preface, research motivation and purpose, situational teaching planning and design, research results and findings, experience and advice - generation conclusion.
