產品設計過程的溝通能力之剖析

The Analysis of Communication Skills in Product Design Processes

摘要


效率與獲利是經營的重點;因此企業對內重視團隊精神,講究專業分工,以提高效率、降低成本;對外則掌握資訊,提供顧客所需,以降低風險、達到獲利目的。以產品設計的過程為例,設計師的創意固然重要,但是組織內部健全的溝通管道與人際間良好的表達能力,是產品成功生產的關鍵。而溝通能力正是個人在厚植設計專才之外,另一項在職場上必備的基本能力。能夠讓設計過程緊密連結、確實執行,主要在於組織是否有效的進行溝通管理。透過組織溝通不僅讓工作進行順利,設計時的集思廣益,更成為創新的原動力。本文對產品設計過程中涉及表達與傳播能力的範疇、形式與落實三大方向進行探討,期提供學校教育在專業技能養成時,也能夠考慮增加溝通能力培養與訓練之課程,讓學生出社會後,能夠及早進入狀況,適應組織內外的溝通模式,順利的一展所學。

Following the rise of team spirit and division of labor, maverick or personal charisma can no longer satisfy the needs of modern society with keen competitions. Take the design process of the product for example, the creativity of designer is doubtlessly important, healthy internal communication and good personal communication skills are the key to success. Hence, communication skills have become another basic requirement of production despite professional abilities. Effective communication management is often the crux of uniting and executing various design procedures. Communication not only assures smooth running of work and gather ideas of all personnel but also is the source of creativity. This paper attempts to review the expressiveness and communicability during product design in terms of the dynamics, forms and efficiency of communication as reference for schools to provide communication skills training for students besides professional training.
