"Min bunun" Hometown Youth Career Education Model-Practicing Gifted Education Concept in Informal Education

摘要


我們於臺東縣延平鄉武陵部落,在非正式教育場域提供原鄉青少年生涯發展之成長支持,將資優教育的理念和教學方法在原鄉教育的場域當中實施,初探原鄉青少年生涯教育核心價值。我們服務的對象為國中一年級至高中三年及布農族學生,透過教育理念和資優課程之策略回應其文化差異,依照核心價值設計階段性課程完善孩子的生涯探索歷程,並藉由參與社區的實務操作之經驗深度了解自我生涯方向,在學習中建立足夠的自我概念和能力去嘗試更多元的未來可能。

This project provides the well-supporting system in career exploration and development in informal education places for those teenagers living in aboriginal and cultural village, Tribe Wuling in Taitung, Taiwan, aiming to repair the cultural differences and variation through the original culture. The educational model that has been designed which is based on the philosophy of gifted education and gifted and talent curriculum. It includes not only the various and different courses for exploring and experiencing but also the realistic and reasonable achievements for helping these students to comprehend their choices of career in the future. We also hope this project build up greatly about the confidence and self-esteem of these students, and help them to face up to the possibilities in the near future.
