降低某居家護理所醫衛材流失率之改善專案

A project to decrease unnecessary loss of medical supplies in a home care services institution

摘要


本專案目的在降低居家護理所醫衛材之流失率。本所多次為醫衛材流失提出改善方案,但仍發生居家訪視前無醫衛材可取用,延誤居家訪視時間;加上會計分析本單位成本,呈現虧損狀況;健保局即將實施IC卡登錄作業,引發本專案之動機。專案小組依醫衛材使用流程及批價作業擬訂稽核表,查檢醫衛材依批價流程,會談相關人員,比對醫衛材流失原因,2011年10-12月醫衛材流失率共9.6%。主要原因為居家護理師忘記記帳及記錯帳、行政人員批價錯誤及庫房撥補錯誤。方法:經由互動式討論課程、建構專屬批價資訊系統、重新設置醫衛材櫃、專人管理、一對一撥補管理等五項措施。結果:流失率降為0.7%達成本專案之目的。本案提供護理人員成本管控重視,及未來建構居家資訊作業系統之參考。

Objectives: The purpose of the project to decrease unnecessary loss of medical supplies in a home care nursing institution, which before improvement was 9.6% in October to December in 2011. Several plans of decreased the medical material loss rate were raised, but material shortage still occur, caused visit time delay and cost loss. Bedsides, National Health Insurance Card login will be used in home care process, that motive the project beginning. Methods: The improvement project include: 1.Interactive discuss curriculum 2.Construct Specific Home Care Information Operating System 3.Reset the Cabinets of medical material 4.Commissioner management 5. One to one assigns medical material. Results: As a result, the unnecessary loss of medical was decreased to 0.7% in January to September in 2012. Achieve the goal of the project. Conclusions: The authors suggest that nurse should emphasize the costs, and provide information to construct Home Care Information Operating System.
