建築疾病編碼在建築病歷表之應用

The Implements for Building Disease Classification in Building Medical Records

摘要


本研究透過建築醫學(Building Medicine)研究領域中已發展的建築病歷表(Building Medical Records, BMR)模型,藉由8 個建物漏水診斷模擬案例,在BMR之SOAP(Subjective Statement, Objective Finding, Assessment, Plan)診斷程序中導入建築疾病編碼(Building Disease Classification, BDC)系統套用,結果發現若從BMR 架構進行應用之微調修正,如在問題清單中之病狀描述與處理方式加入BDC之疾病碼與處置碼;在SOAP診斷表中之疾病處理定義與診斷位置確認,在附件檔案部分增加圖說或計畫書等檢視資料,兩者結合後之診斷與處理品質,可透過BDC編碼與文字敘述之互校而更具準確性,讓建築醫生(Building Doctor)能透過更完善之BMR病歷表設計模式,取得建築物必要與正確的診斷資訊,未來再透過eBMR電子化與行動資料庫之結合應用,無論在人事異動、文件借用或權限管理時,其使用流動狀況皆能清楚被掌握,若輔以資料探勘(Data mining)與文字探勘(Text mining)技術之導入,除有助於診斷評估的完整性,亦能對於疾病統計、預算編列與支用、維護爭議處理與建築醫生教育訓練等活動之應用參考有所助益。

This study uses the existing Building Medical Record (BMR) model from the field of Building Medicine to diagnose eight buildings' water leak cases. In the process of Subjective Statement, Objective Finding, Assessment, Plan (SOAP) in BMR, application of the Building Disease Classification (BDC) system adds disease codes and treatment codes to the descriptions of the diseases and methods of treatment in the BMR structure. Defining treatment methods and confirming treatment positions in the SOAP diagnosis chart as well as including supplementary files, diagrams or plans together help to improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment. BDC coding and text description in conjunction provide additional accuracy, allowing the Building Doctor to achieve the necessary and correct diagnosis through a more complete systematic BMR diagnosis chart. In the future, with the integration of e-BMR electronic mobile database, personnel change, file transfer and authorization management will become easier to be handled. Data mining and text mining technologies can also make diagnoses more complete, while providing benefits and references for disease statistics, budget creation and management, conflict management and building doctor educational training.
