建築物火警自動警報設備相關問題之研究

時代不斷進步，對於公共安全的觀念，也愈來愈重視，故防災的觀念首重於預防，祈能於火災發生於初期時，即能有效掌控狀況，抑制災害發生於初期。故警報設備乃為一切防災工業的火車頭，為能達到有效發揮其功能，應有全盤的規劃觀念，以利而後的維護、保養與管理，才能確保建築物及人員的安全。其不外乎於設計之初就必須考慮到日後維護保養的方便性，與安全性，以及保養方式和作業規範等。在一棟建築物內，我們將之區分為橫向區劃和縱向區劃，在各橫向、縱向區劃內又把它區分為使用單元和非使用單元，故在規劃上應朝此方向分開規劃，也應依建築物總樓地板面積和使用之用途來選擇適當之火警受信機之類型，採用P型或是R型。保養模式也要有一定之週期性，如以月或季為單位作為保養循環模式，以確保設備在一定時間內都能檢測，而保養檢查之方式及依據，除使用各項檢查儀器檢測外，並應依內政部消防署所制定之檢修申報表格逐一填寫紀錄，取得一定之公信度和安全性，人員之訓練應依消防自衛編組訓練方式，模擬各項可能發生狀況來作訓練，並對各項防災設備操作方式加以訓練，取得一定之熟悉度，並熟悉各項防災應變措施，結合以上各項硬體和軟體之功能，建築物及其人員，才能確保真正的安全。

With time goes by, the whole world has been progressive instantly, meanwhile the concept of public safety has become a primary issue. Therefore, the key to prevent disasters is precaution that could cope with a certain situation and curb the beginning of the disaster as well. That is, the fire alarm system would be the basis to prevent all kinds of disasters. In order to rise its effectiveness, people we should have the whole scheme of the precaution to provide conveniences of protection for better maintenance, service, and management for the future. The design of the fire alarm system is for better service in convenience, safety, the way of maintenance, and standard operation procedures. A building can be separated as horizontal and longitudinal subdivisions which can be designed as dwelling and non-dwelling units. Therefore, the fire alarm system should be designed according to their purposes. We can select type-P or type-R fire alarm systems according to a building's total gross floor area and its special purpose. Equipment servicing has to maintain regularly. If we regard monthly or quarterly as servicing regulation, we have to make sure all equipments can be measured perfectly within the period. Besides, the ways and standards of servicing should follow the periodical service of fire safety equipment applications to gain the public credits and ensure equipment's safety. Along with using all testing devices, the fire protection equipment engineers or technicians should keep the record of service results , fill in the application form of the periodical service of fire safety equipment designed by National Fire Agency, Ministry of The Interior, and to earn public credits and ensure equipment's safety. In addition, the fire prevention education training simulates all possible situations which fighting specialists should familiar with and make their effort to react and prevent possible disasters. In order to maintain the safety of buildings and people, fire disasters prevention needs to synchronize hardware and software.
