摘要

臺灣建築物外牆磁磚因材料特性、施工不當、缺乏維護管理機制及環境災害等因素影響造成磁磚毀損、內部浮起、龜裂甚至脫落等不同程度的缺陷和劣化，對建築物之使用人員具有極大的安全隱患。本研究透過紅外線熱影像法對實際使用之建築外牆進行觀測與調查，以臺灣外牆磁磚之建築物作為觀測對象，提出磁磚劣化模式的劣化判斷依據與方法。
