視障者無障礙設施使用現況探討與環境強化策略之研究－以臺北市為例

臺灣近幾年來致力於打造友善無障礙環境，然而國內對於視障者空間需求及無障礙設施建置資訊仍有所不足，環境資訊多以視覺為主，影響視障者空間認知之難易度，進而降低視障者出外活動之意願。本研究蒐集國內、外文獻並競合與我國國情相似國家之無障礙設施設計規範，作為本研究強化設計規範之借鏡；透過案例調查整理視障者於不同場所面臨之課題，並藉由訪談及專家會議進一步提出改善設計及既有規範強化策略，做為未來修正《建築物無障礙設施設計規範》之參考，期許有效提升視障者使用環境之無障礙。

In recent years, we are committed to creating a friendly accessibility. However, information for the visually impaired accessibility and space requirements of the build is still insufficient, effect of visually impaired spatial cognition, and thus reduced willingness to go out to the visually impaired activities. The study, through the literature analysis, field observations and expert advice were to collect domestic and foreign literature. Through case studies finishing the visually impaired the problem faced in different places, and by interviews experts further proposed to improve the design of existing norms and strengthen policy, as amended for future reference ＂Design Specifications of Accessible and Usable Building and Facilities＂.
