摘要

校園設施有很多種，停車場、人行道以及花圃是最多人使用的，但經長時間的使用、以及維護措施相當被動的情況下，已逐漸不堪使用而可能釀災，對於設施維護管理的專業背景相當的薄弱，也相當的被動，大多是以治標不治本的方法去處理，往往過了一段時間後，同一個問題又會再次浮現，耗費更多時間及費用去修復，能否在設備需要維護之第一時間發覺，確保問題不在擴大，進而影響學生的安全，以測量儀器重新現地量測，且開挖及記錄，進行現況調查之資料彙整，並提出修繕對策。本研究以維護管理為觀點，規劃一套相關流程，使管理單位及施工廠商了解現場狀況，並節省施工中不必要的經費，有助於增加校園維護的準確度及速度，提供校園安全及施工品質，進而達到永續校園之理念。
