建築外牆磁磚用有機接著劑與無機接著劑強度比較與分析之研究-以添加防水材方式

摘要


在台灣,由於磁磚價格低廉且易清潔,故常使用於建築物外牆之裝飾材料,但因氣候因素與施工缺陷等問題,容易造成磁磚劣化之情形產生,而近年來,外牆磁磚剝落事件日趨嚴重,造成許多危害公共安全的事件,因此瓷磚接著之性能應開始重視,藉此改善建築物外牆瓷磚剝落劣化之情形。本研究採用驗證試驗,參考日本工業標準JIS A5557及中國國家標準 CNS 12611規範並針對瓷磚接著劑之引張荷重、接著強度及破壞狀態的試驗方法進行探討,驗證瓷磚水泥質接著劑黏著性能方法,並確認符合在地化應用之可行性。藉由訂定相關標準可確保市面上水泥質接著劑之性能,提供瓷磚足夠的接著品質,防止瓷磚掉落危害人民生命安全,亦減少因修復或重建的費用。

In Taiwan, because tiles are cheap and easy to clean, they are often used as decorative materials on the exterior walls of buildings. However, due to climatic factors and construction flaws, etc., tiles are easily degraded. In recent years, tiles have been used as external wall tiles. The flaking event has become increasingly serious, resulting in many events that endanger public safety. Therefore, the performance of the ceramic tile should be taken seriously to improve the exfoliation and deterioration of the exterior wall tiles. In this study, a verification test was conducted, and the test method for the tensile load, bonding strength, and failure state of the tile adhesive was examined with reference to the Japanese Industrial Standards JIS A5557 and the Chinese National Standard CNS 12611, and the adhesion properties of the tile cement adhesive were verified and confirmed. Meet the feasibility of localized applications. By setting relevant standards, it can ensure the performance of cement cement adhesives on the market, provide sufficient quality of tiles, prevent tiles from falling and endanger people's lives, and reduce the cost of repair or reconstruction.
