建築物室內裝修危害因子之探討

建築物室內裝修隱藏著許多影響生命安全和身心健康的危害因子。裝修過程產生的甲醛、苯類、粉塵、噪音、室內裝修材料裡一些有害物質的揮發，這些都會嚴重的影響室內空氣的健康，進而影響我們的健康。重新室內裝修規劃設計整修時應全面提升防火、加強環保綠建材設計、浴室防跌倒防滑設計、施工安全管理，共同創造安全、健康、舒適、喜悅、幸福的居住空間。本研究選擇室內空氣品質和綠建材應用相對減少室內裝修危害程度，並探究其室內裝修危害因子，達到以下目的。降低室內裝修建材和裝修過程影響生命安全和身心健康的危害因子。本研究係採用「問卷調查評分法」與敘述性統計做為「建築物室內裝修危害因子探討與分析」依據問卷調查分析結果如圖5.1顯示室內裝修建材確定對身體健康的危害都非常嚴重。危害因子以油漆、溶劑：苯、甲苯、二甲苯苯類揮發性有機化合物的危害最嚴重，其次水性漆：甲醛TVOC可溶性鉛、鎘、鉻和汞等重金屬的危害。

The interior decoration of the building hides many hazards that affect life safety and physical and mental health. Formaldehyde, benzene, dust, noise, and volatilization of some harmful substances in interior decoration materials will seriously affect the health of indoor air and affect our health. Renovation of interior decoration planning and design should comprehensively improve fire prevention, strengthen environmental green building design, bathroom anti-slip design, construction safety management, and jointly create a safe, healthy, comfortable, joyful, happy living space. This study selects indoor air quality and green building materials to reduce the degree of indoor decoration damage, and explores the indoor decoration hazard factors to achieve the following objectives. Reduce the hazard factors affecting life safety and physical and mental health during the interior decoration building materials and decoration process. This study used the ＂questionnaire scoring method＂ and narrative statistics as the ＂exploration and analysis of building interior decoration hazard factors＂ based on the results of the questionnaire survey. Figure 5.1 shows that the indoor decoration building materials determine the health hazards are very serious. Hazard factors are paints, solvents: benzene, toluene, xylene benzene volatile organic compounds are the most serious, followed by water-based paint: formaldehyde TVOC soluble lead, cadmium, chromium and mercury and other heavy metals.
