摘要

臺灣的舞龍運動早期發展是從一般廟會慶典而來，隨著時代精進，民間傳統舞龍技藝也不斷的在做改變，除了保有臺灣固有的舞龍技術傳統特色外，近年來臺灣競技舞龍技術發展也能與國際競技舞龍接軌，不但在國外舞龍技競比賽中有亮眼成績外，亦能在世界各國綻放臺灣的文化特色。?此本研究透過文獻整理後得知競技舞龍推展之過程及現況，加上研究者本身服務單位近年來推展舞龍運動；競技舞龍的發展不僅僅會是在廟宇節慶活動中展現，除了參與國際賽事外；亦能參加各國友邦傳統民俗技藝及文化交流。然而，過去在推展臺灣競技龍運動一直在基層辛苦扎根，過程中受到了經費、師資及人員流失等因素而導致推展受到阻礙。?了將原有的良好傳統文化給於保留，在創新過程中真需要相關單位提出策略及行政資源來支持及協助，才能繼續將臺灣舞龍技藝傳承拓展
