國立泰山高級中學籃球隊發展之探討(1994-2010)

國立泰山高級中學從一開始成立籃球隊，到現在參加教育部中學甲級籃球聯賽，在學校及家長會的全力支持與教練和學生努力地?校爭光下，在近年甲級籃球聯賽成績扶搖直上；球員的輔導與發展方面，在學校與教練不遺餘力地照顧下，各個學生都能考上理想的大，朝向成功的人生發展。國立泰山高級中學籃球隊的發展是值得被記錄下來的，因此，希望藉此來探討球隊的發展背景、所遭遇之困難、以及教練與球員之發展情形做研究目的。本研究採質性研究法，透過文件資料與訪談籃球隊教練及相關人員來進行探討國立泰山高級中學籃球隊。所得結論敘述如下：一、學校與家長會的充分支持；二、經費缺乏，應尋找更多經費來源；三、教練團隊成員的換血，勢必在發展上有所改變；四、球員招募困難，應設法突破招生困境。一個學校代表隊的未來發展如果要持續進行，勢必要保留優勢改善缺點，如此，才能創造美好的前景。

National Taishan High School basketball team was established form the beginning to now participated in Ministry of Education High Basketball League, school and the full support of parent-teacher meeting with coaches and students effort to glory for the school, the High Basketball League result improved in recent years. Counseling and development of players, under take care of the school and coaches to spared no efforts, each students can be admitted to the ideal university, toward the development of successful life. National Taishan High School basketball team's development was worthy of being recorded, therefore, the researcher hope to explored the team to development background, difficulties encountered, and the development of coaches and players to did the case study. This study adopted qualitative research method, through documents and interviewed basketball coach and related personal to explored National Taishan High School basketball team. The conclusions were described as: 1. the full support of school and parent-teacher meeting; 2. the lack of funding, should look for more sources of funding; 3. coaching team members changed, there were changed inevitably in the development; 4. difficult to enroll new players, should sought to broke through enroll new players difficult. A school team if the future development of ongoing, it should be retained the advantages and improve the disadvantages, thus, it can be created a better future.
