探討體驗教育課程效益-以高低空繩索課程為例

摘要


體驗教育是以「做中學」?哲學基礎,透過經驗學習圈的學習方式,讓學員以「體驗-反思-歸納-應用」學習成長,是一種從國小到社會團體機構都適合進行的課程,而其課程的核心目標在於提升學員的自我概念及人際關係。本文藉由體驗教育課程效益相關文獻的分析,進一步探討高低空繩索的課程效益,並應用於高低空繩索課程之設計,以「破冰熱身-Name game-全方位價值契約-平面活動-低空繩索挑戰-高空繩索挑戰」?主要內容,期望能提供高低空繩索體驗教育引導員之參考。研究結果發現繩索課程能充分發揮體驗教育的核心教育理念,並對於活動參與者在自我概念及人際溝通能力上皆有相當的成效。期望以體驗教育?基礎之高低空繩索課程能成?有意從事體驗教育學習之民眾的選擇項目之一,以提升國人對於體驗教育的了解,並能讓更多人從事高低空繩索課程,從中獲得學習及成長。

Experience Education is ”learning by doing” as the philosophical foundation of learning through the experiential learning cycle, which allows students to ”experience-reflection-induction-application” grow and learn, is a small community groups from the country institutions are suitable for the course its core objective of the course is to upgrade their self-concept and interpersonal relationships. Effectiveness of this education through experience, analysis of relevant literature to further explore the effectiveness of high and low level ropes course, and applied to high and low level ropes course is designed to ”break the ice warm-Name game-full value of the contract-Flat activities-low ropes challenges-high ropes challenge ”as the main content, expected to provide high and low level ropes reference guide in experiential education. The results showed that experience the ropes course to give full play to the core educational philosophy of education, and for the activities of participants in the self-concept and interpersonal communication skills with considerable effectiveness. Expectations of high and low level ropes course to become interested in the educational learning experience, one of the people's choice to enhance people's understanding of education for experience, and allow more people to engage in high and low level ropes course and gain a learning and growth.
