社區體育資源與社區體育發展之探討－以桃園縣平鎮市新勢社區為例

摘要

本研究旨在探討平鎮市新勢社區體育資源與社區體育發展的關係，社區是推展全民運動最基層的地方組織，如何透過社區資源的結合，達到全民運動及社區體育發展的目標。有賴政府及社區居民共同的努力。本研究採用文獻分析法及訪談法，研究發現：一、社區體育的發展現況：人力有政府管理人員、社區幹部、居民志工等，經費是以政府補助為主，活動時間是早、晚間及假日，活動項目是羽球、舞蹈、氣功等，體育訊息傳遞是以網路等作為傳遞管道；二、社區體育資源：社區體育有形資源為人力、物力、財力等，無形資源為社區意識；三、社區體育資源運用與社區體育發展的關係：與政府、廠商、學校等合作以作為資源之運用，社區資源整合運用後產生了社造及社福等資源。因此，建議政府部門增加對社區之經費補助、增加體育指導人才、社區應持續開發各項資源，以優勢創造更多的資源。

The activities are badminton, dance, etc, Sports messaging is network and etc as the delivery pipeline; second, community sports resources: community Sports tangible resources for people, material and financial resources sports messaging and intangible resources is the sense of community, The Third, the relationship between the use of resources of community sports and community sports development: with the government, manufacturers, schools as the use of resources for cooperation , after the integration of community resources generate social welfare resources and Community Construction, the prerequisite for the community sports is to have community sports resource, and then contributed to the development of community sports, In order to make communities achieve sustainable development, Therefore, it is suggested that increase in government funding subsidies for communities, increased sport guidance personnel, and the community should continue to the resource development , to take the advantages in order to create more resources.
