氣動式深耕施肥用於橫山梨園之研究

Study on Multipurpose Pneumatic Cultivator in Heng-Shan Pear

摘要


氣動式深層鬆土施肥機具有促進排水、深層中耕、深層施肥、地下病蟲害防治、地面噴藥及葉面施液肥等多重功能。為了解氣動式深耕施肥用於橫山梨園之作業時,肥料用量、根群抗剪力、土壤結構、肥力變化與產品質量之影響,以建立果園機械作業較佳模式。據田間試驗結果顯示,橫山梨根群直徑4.7 mm以上時,氣壓不足以把根群打斷,不會影響肥量吸收。經氣動式深耕施肥處理區。其土壤結構比對照區更加鬆散,深耕施肥區的土壤肥力含量,表土或底土均較傳統地表施肥區佳,植體肥力亦然,在果實品質方面,各項物理性質對於深耕施肥區和傳統對照區並無顯著差異,且深耕施肥區之各項不同施肥量處理,亦無多少差別,在產量方面,肥料使用量節省1/3~2/3量可達對照區產量,若節省1/6量,可增加二成產量。

A multipurpose pneumatic cultivator which blows high pressure air and liquid in deep soil has its functions in cultivating, fertilizing and pest controlling. Experiments were conducted in Heng-shan pear to investigate the growth properties, fertility of the orchard, shearing force of pear roots, soil penetrating resistance among the subsoil fertilizing areas and traditionalfei-tilizing area. The experimental results with provide the extension data of subsoil fertilizing technics. Experimental results showed that the growth of the orchard of each subsoil fertilizing areas was better than that of the traditional fertilizing area. The soil fertility of Heng-shan pear of each subsoil fertilizing area was higher than that of the traditional fertilizing area. The Heng-shan pear products of which the fertilizer amount was 5/6 of traditional fertilizing area was 20% higher than that of the traditional fertilizing area. The quality was not signigicantly different between the subsoil fertilizing and traditional fertilizing treatments.
