本土化有機介質應用於木瓜育苗之研究-(二)對木瓜幼苗植株無機養分含量之影響

摘要


本研究目的在於探討利用牛糞、稻殼、蔗渣及金針菇類太空包廢渣等本土化有機廢棄物對木瓜幼苗植株無機養分含量之影響,以期評估作為木瓜育苗介質材料之適用性。由試驗結果顯示,堆肥介質的養分含量特性與木瓜幼苗植株的養分含量多寡有密切關聯,且當堆肥介質配合添加河砂或泥炭苔等處理將會顯著降低到木瓜幼苗植株的養分之吸收。因此為使堆肥介質之功能發揮最大,必須將堆肥介質的養分含量調配至適宜品質範圍,並瞭解各種堆肥介質的養分供應潛能特性。

The objective of this research was to evaluate the effects of localized organic medium (dairy waste, rice hull, bagasse, and winter mushroom waste) on the nutrient contents of papaya seedlings. The results indicated that the nutrient contents of papaya seedlings were significantly affected by the nutrient characteristics of organic medium. The nutrient uptakes of papaya seedlings were lowered on the treatments of growth medium applied with sand or peat moss. Therefore, the most efficient way to develope localized organic medium is to control their element contents under safety requirements and understand the availability of nutrient of medium.
