高密度栽培對大輪種玫瑰切花產量及品質之影響

Effects of High Planting Density on the Yield and Quality of Cut Rose (H. T.)

摘要


為能改進國內玫瑰切花生產產量偏低,缺乏國際競爭力之缺點,研究採用提高栽培密度方式,以提昇切花單位面積之生產量。本研究共分為2項試驗,包括V型整枝栽培及傳統整枝方式2種不同栽培模式。試驗一指出以株距15 cm(6株/m^(2))、30 cm(3株/m^(2))及60 cm(1.5株/m^(2))三種處理在‘黛安娜’品種及‘第一紅’品種於11-6月時均能有較多的產量,在‘黛安娜’土耕栽培6株/m^(2)較1.5株/m^(2)者產量多出2.86倍,‘第一紅’土耕栽培6株/m^(2)較1.5株/m^(2)者產量多出1.76倍。且栽植密度不同對切花的長度及切花級數沒有影響。試驗二以‘黛安娜’品種在4-9月時,採用更密的栽培密度不同株距處理5 cm(18株/m^(2))、10 cm(9株/m^(2))、15 cm(6株/m^(2))、30 cm(3株/m^(2)),並配合V型整枝,結果也是較高密度下有較好的單位面積產量,本項V型整枝密度試驗18株/m^(2)較3株/m^(2),可以明顯地在短期間獲得較高的產量,增加的產量達1.5倍,且以上試驗中,花卉長度及品質均沒有明顯地降低。在不同季節表現中,春季的產量及品質明顯優於夏季,因此,配合臺灣的氣候環境採用高密度的栽培模式,可在短期間提高單位面積產量且不影響切花品質。

The aim of the experiments was to try to increase the yield of cut roses by higher planting density and to see the harvest variation in different seasons. Two pruning methods, a traditional pruning and a V-type training, were conducted in two experiments. The yield of cut flowers increased significantly (2.86 times) when roses were planted in a high density environment of 6 plants/m^(2), while the quality of cut flower in high density was similar with that in a lower density environment of 1.5 plants/m^(2).In the second trial, yield in a density of 18 plants/m^(2) was 1.46 times of harvest in a density of 6 plants/m^(2). However, there were no significant differences between cut flower length, weight and index of quality among different planting densities. The quality of spring crops was better than that of summer. Considering yield and quality, a high planting density of 18 plants/m^(2) was suggested when roses are planted in a short term season.
