玫瑰花扦插苗繁殖月份對一年作栽培切花生產之影響

摘要


本試驗連續從1997年十二月至1998年八月期間,每個月進行玫瑰花單節扦插苗繁殖。各個月份所繁殖的苗木皆於1998年九月一日定植,2週後偃枝栽培,然後調查定植後9個月內偃枝栽培所生產之切花產量。苗株定植時之品質,以五月份以前所繁殖之扦插苗較好,即植株顯著較高且有較多的完全葉葉片數;而苗木從定植至首次切花所需之天數也最短。雖然繁殖月份對每次切花週期所需之天數並無影響,但一至五月所繁殖之苗木定植後,可在切花生產初期有較多之切花枝數。又在十二月份繁殖之苗,定植後其切花總產量明顯減少。爲了減少扦插育苗所需之生產成本,建議於每年五月時進行單節扦插苗繁殖,九月定植,則當年冬季可提早並增加玫瑰花切花產量。

In this experiment, one-node cuttings of rose were propagated on the 1st of every month from Dec. 1997 to Aug. 1998. All cuttings were planted on the 1st Sep. 1998, and the cut flowers of bending-shoot culture were investigated. On the quality of plantlets, which had higher plant height and more true leaves, cuttings propagated before May were better than those propagated after May. Also, the earlier ones needed fewer days from planting to flowering than the later ones. There was no effect on the days between flush to another flush of cut flowers. Cuttings propagated from Jan. to May produced more cut flowers in the early flush, winter season and the whole production in total of nine months. However, the total production of plants propagated in Dec. decreased significantly. For decreasing the cost for propagating one-node cuttings and producing an earlier and fuller harvest of cut flowers, the results of this experiment recommend propagating in May and planting in September.
