堆肥與有機液肥在有機番茄及茄子栽培之效應

Effects of Compost and Liquid Organic Fertilizer on the Culture of Organic Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) and Eggplant (Soanum melongena L.)

摘要


本研究目的在探討使用堆肥及有機液肥對番茄及茄子生育及產量之影響,以期建立適宜且合理的肥培管理技術。由試驗結果顯示,番茄及茄子產量在各處理間有顯著差異,其中番茄產量以使用蔗渣木屑堆肥20 t/ha配合有機液肥20 l/ha處理(23.3 t/ha)較高,相較於使用牛糞堆肥30 t/ha(17.4 t/ha)約增產34%。茄子產量以使用蔗渣木屑堆肥60 t/ha配合有機液肥40 l/ha處理(22.8 t/ha)較高,相較於空白對照處理(10.4 t/ha)約增產119%。綜合以上結果顯示,本試驗在栽培有機番茄及有機茄子時,分別以使用蔗渣木屑堆肥20 t/ha配合豆粕液肥20 l/ha,以及使用蔗渣木屑堆肥60 t/ha配合有機液肥40 l/ha,可以獲得較佳的產量效益,且正確合理地使用堆肥,可增進並維繫適當的土壤肥力。

The objective of this research was to evaluate the effects of compost and liquid organic fertilizer on the culture of organic tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) and eggplant (Soanum melongena L.) in order to develop a suitable fertilization management. The result indicated that there were significantly different on the yield of tomato and eggplant among some treatments. The best yield (23.3 t/ha) of tomato was showed on the treatment with application of bagasse sawdust compost 20 t/ha with liquid organic fertilizer 20 l/ha. The lowest yield (17.4 t/ha) of tomato was showed on the application of dairy compost 30 t/ha. The difference of tomato yield index was 34% between them. For the yield of organic eggplant, the best treatment was 22.6 t/ha on the application of bagasse sawdust compost 60 t/ha with liquid organic fertilizer 40 l/ha. The yield index was more than the blank treatment (10.4 t/ha) for about 119%. Therefore, the treatments of bagasse sawdust compost 20 t/ha with liquid organic fertilizer 20 l/ha and bagasse sawdust compost 60 t/ha with liquid organic fertilizer 40 l/ha were appropriated and suitable for organic tomato and eggplant, respectively. However, correct and suitable use of compost may increase and maintain the conditions of soil fertility.
