近年來台灣都市發展快速,農業用地逐漸減少,糧食生產量大幅地降低,2011年台灣政府開始積極地針對「糧食安全」的問題,訂定糧食自給率,期望於2020年達到40%之自給率。根據農糧署2015年之統計已達到34.1%,顯示台灣農業在現代科學觀念與技術助力下,迅速朝著精緻化、密集化及多樣化等方向前進。倘若能將栽培技術簡易化,並普及化至每個家庭自行生產部分糧食,將能解決糧食安全自給率不足的問題。 本論文以小白菜為實驗對象,進行盆式與魚菜共生栽培系統的栽培效益評估,以創造都市人工基架構下的可食作物成長環境,實驗主要分為四個部分,第一部分以自製蔬果廚餘肥(自製肥)及市售台肥生技1號(市售肥)作為基肥及追肥處理,探討肥料施用後小白菜株高成長效益,實驗結果顯示添加基肥並不會使得小白菜成長更好,反而以無添加基肥組之株高成長較佳;第二部分以自製肥、市售肥作為追肥施用。結果顯示兩次追肥之成長效益較佳,且市售肥作為追肥較自製肥效果明顯。第三部分為土壤成分與株高相關分析,上述盆式栽培實驗以行政院農委會農業改良場(2009)提出氮素容易因為淋洗而轉換成不同型態存在於土壤中,故土壤檢測氮素與短期葉菜類之營養吸收並無太大的關係。實驗數據驗證以pearson相關檢定來分析株高與淨重之關係,以及Spearman相關檢定來統計土壤肥力與株高之間的關聯性,並佐以行政院農業委員會之小白菜成長因素表,推論小白菜之成長關鍵;第四部份為魚菜共生系統與盆式栽培下小白菜成長效益之比較,實驗結果以盆式栽培兩次市售肥成長效果較好,但魚菜共生有助於環境品質的改善,栽培與維護管理相對便利,以魚菜共生為人工基盤作為小型家庭式作物栽培場域具有高度發展潛力。

In this paper, Chinese cabbage was used as the experimental object to carry out the evaluation of the potted cultivation and the Aquaponics system of benefit to create the edible crop growth environment under the urban artificial base structure. The experiment were divided into four parts, the first part was made from homemade fruits and vegetables. The results showed that the addition of basal fertilizer did not make the growth of Chinese cabbage, and the results showed that the growth of Chinese cabbage was not affected by the addition of basal fertilizer, but with no added base fertilizer group of plant growth is the best; then the second part of self-made fertilizer, commercially available fertilizer as topdressing application. The results showed that the growth benefit of two side-dressing was better, and the effect of municipal fertilizer was better than that of self - made fertilizer. The third part is the analysis of the correlation between soil composition and plant height.
