有機肥料對彩色海芋生長之影響研究

Effects of Organic Fertilizers on the Growth of Calla Lily (Zantedeschia Spreng.)

摘要


本研究目的在於探討不同有機肥料種類及用量對於彩色海芋生長之影響效應。試驗處理包括蔗渣木屑堆肥、牛糞堆肥及黃豆粕等不同種類,以及不同用量(10 t/ha及5 t/ha)等六級處理。由田間試驗結果顯示,彩色海芋切花採收期植株葉片數、存活率,以及球莖採收期球莖之直徑、鮮重及乾重等生育性狀,均以使用蔗渣木屑堆肥及牛糞堆肥處理較優於使用黃豆粕處理。其中彩色海芋採收球莖之存活率在使用蔗渣木屑堆肥處理下約為50.7~62.5%,顯著的優於使用黃豆粕(對照)處理29.4%,惟使用蔗渣木屑堆肥10 t/ha及5 t/ha兩處理間差異不顯著。彩色海芋球莖採收期之球莖中,磷、鉀及鈣含量以使用牛糞堆肥10 t/ha處理較高,顯著的高於使用黃豆粕(對照)處理。彩色海芋球莖採收期土壤有機質含量與彩色海芋球莖中,磷、鉀、鈣及鎂含量有顯著的直線相關之結果。

The objective of this research was to evaluate the effects of different kinds and amounts organic fertilizer on the growth of calla lily (Zantedeschia Spreng). Experiments were conducted with different kinds of organic fertilizer (bagase-sawdust compost, cattle waste compost and soybean meal) with different amounts (10 t/ha and 5 t/ha). The field results indicated that the number of leaf and survival rate of calla lily at the cut-flower stage, and the diameter, fresh weight, dry weight of the tuber at the tuber harvested stage were found had better responses with the application of bagase-sawdust compost and dairy compost than that with the application of soybean meal. This field result was coordinate with the fact that the survival rate of the tuber at the tuber harvested stage with the application of bagase-sawdust compost was about 50.7%-62.5%, and was significantly higher than that with the application of soybean meal (29.4%). However, the survival rate of the tuber was not significantly different between the application of 10 t/ha and 5 t/ha of bagase-sawdust compost. The contents of P, K and Ca of the tuber with the application of dairy compost were significantly higher than that of with soybean meal application. The results also showed that there were highly linear correlations between soil organic matter content and the contents of P, K, Ca and Mg of the tuber of calla lily.
