摘要

本研究係探討臺中區農業改良場於2006~2010間網路諮詢服務之成效評估，在1,348位email受訪者樣本中以男性居多，佔74.2%，女性比例為25.8%，在年齡分佈上以介於40~49歲間之受訪者較多為44.1%，此結果顯示利用網路諮詢服務者以男性壯年者居多，所諮詢之問題類型大多為植物病蟲害防治、土壤肥料管理、果樹栽培、蔬菜栽培、索取栽培技術書籍資料及作物新品種種子（苗）等類型；受訪者採用網路諮詢服務，以輕鬆方便為主要原因，其比例佔51.7%。在滿意程度上總計有13.2%的受訪者對臺中區農業改良場的網路諮詢服務表示不滿意，並且有64.9%受訪者認為臺中區農業改良場網路諮詢服務所提供之農業知識或解決方式對其從事農業經營工作上是有幫助的。

The study was to evaluate on the internet counselling service efforts conducted by Taichung District Agricultural Research and Extension Station during 2006-2010.The 1348 samples with 74.2% males and 25.8% females were interviewed through E mail contact and the age range of 40 to 49 was the most reached to 44.1%.The result showed that the group of males in the prime life ia mor popular in using the counselling service y. The main types of the frequent counselling service were asking for the technical asistance of insectpests & diseases prevention, soil management & fertilizer application, culture technique of fruit tree & vegetables, and the acquirement of technical bulletin, information and species. The more 51.7% interviewees to choose and adopt this counselling service was due to its convenience. However, there were still 13.2% of interviewees showing dissatisfied. The majority interviewees with 64.9% thought the counselling service provided by Taichung DARES is helpful in their agricultural production and farm management.
