有機水稻台稉9號氮肥用量之研究

Study on Rational Amount of Nitrogen Fertilizer Applied on Tai-Ken No. 9 in Organic Rice Farming

摘要


本試驗在粘板岩石灰性沖積土進行有機水稻栽培之氮肥需量探討,試區用有機質肥料二種(堆肥:N 2.5%,礦化率20%及菜籽粕:N 5.3%,礦化率80%計算)。本試驗探討以五種氮肥用量(第一期作為100、150、200、250及300 kg N ha^(-1)及第二期作為50、100、150、200及250 kg N ha^(-1))對有機水稻產量之影響,期能找出適宜的氮肥用量。試驗初步結果,顯示台稉9號於第一期作以氮肥施用量介於150~200 kg N ha^(-1);第二期作則介於100~150 kg N ha^(-1),可達較高產量,此可提供有機水稻栽培氮肥施用之參考。

Experiment of nitrogen fertilizer demand for organic rice culture was conducted in adhesive slate calcareous alluvial soil. The two kinds of organic fertilizer (compost: 2.5% N and 20% mineralization rate, Rapeseed dreg: 5.3% N and 80% mineralization rate) was used in the experiment for supplying and adjusting the nitrogen fertilizer quantity. Five different amounts of nitrogen fertilizer were applied with 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 kg N ha^(-1) in the first crop, and 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 kg N ha^(-1) in the second crop. The results recommended that the rational amount of nitrogen fertilizer for producing high yield of japonica type rice Tai-Ken No. 9 by organic farming system was 150-200 kg N ha^(-1) in the first crop and that with 100-150 kg N ha^(-1) in the second crop respectively.
