摘要


為建立蓖麻產業與機械化栽培技術,本研究研製蓖麻播種機,以市售中耕管理機做為機具動力來源,將播種機構附掛於後,本機應用重力方式經由播種輪使種子掉落播種,功能包含開溝、播種、覆土、鎮壓以及兩行點播播種。研製完成之蓖麻播種機,單行播種機具約27.6kg,整機157.5kg,具行距、株距可調、快速拆裝、深淺自動調整等功能,播種作業僅需1名人力,經田間試驗結果顯示,播種率及缺播率分別為93%、7%,其中播種單粒率及複粒率分別為35%、58%。因之,本機具的開發,應可協助蓖麻種子進行田間機械播種作業。

The purpose of this research was to develop a prototype of castor seeder which was combined with commercial power tiller as the power source. The gravity force was applied to the free falling of castor seeds. The main body of seeder was about 27.6kg and combined with commercial power tiller about 157.5kg. The seeder desiged was assembly with opener, seeder, coverer and press wheel. It could be quickly disassemble and easily to adjust the seeding depth and row & hill distance, and one person operation is available. Through the field studies, the results indicated that the seeding ratio and seeding loss ratio were 93% and 7%, respectively and among the seeding ratio, the single particle ratio and multiple particles ratio were 35%, 58%.
