In order to identify the critical success factors on fruit farm management of young farmers in central Taiwan, A case study survey was conducted through the literature reviewing and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the critical success factors of fruit farming management of young farmers were personality traits, entrepreneurial motivation, social capital, knowledge assets, and entrepreneurial resources. The interviewed three young farmers found to obtain the open minding character of personality traits in which they could adjust their farm management goals following via new policies and mutative industry trend. The coaching effectiveness of the COA’s counseling projects for young farmers. The results indicated that the cultural techniques, market counsellings and the training program of horticultural products processing were helpful for young farmers in the fruit farm management.
