Study on the Impact of Vertical Chain Supply Integration to the Youth Farmer Business Model: A Case on the TDARES Youth Farmers Counseling Project

摘要

本研究的主要目的為探討供應鏈垂直整合對青年農民經營模式影響之因素，應用層級分析法設計4個構面及23個評估因素，針對15位百大青年農民訪談，取得具優勢的各項指標之相對權重值，並作一致性檢定與分析。實證結果顯示，以「現行農業政策與相關驗證」構面最為關鍵，前5大影響因素分別為：「建立優良產品認證體系之政策」、「相關法令規章的制定」、「政府獎勵措施」、「現場作業狀況掌握」及「創新應用與知識整合能力」。本研究結果可供政府未來在制定政策及推廣輔導之參考。

The purpose of this research is to study the impact of vertical supply chain integration to the youth farmer business model. Using AHP by interviewing 15 young farmers, 4 facets and 23 factors were assessed to obtain the relative weight in the various indexes with advantage and analysis consistentce was verified. The empirical conclusion indicates that the key point is the current agricultural policy and relative verification facets. The top 5 influential factors respectively are as well asestablishment of excellent product certification systems, related laws and regulations making, measures of government incentives, grasp of site operational condition and ability for innovation and knowledge integration. The result will provide with references for offical policy making and promotion counseling in the future.
