Using Analystic Hierachy Process to Develop Indicators for Evaluating Fitness of Horticultural Therapy in Taiwan Rural Communities

摘要

本研究利用層級分析法建構遴選農村社區推動園藝療育之指標，共獲得「人力資本」、「環境資本」、「社會資本」及「經濟資本」」4個構面，以及「專業能力與經驗」等20個指標細項，並分析各構面及各指標細項特徵值、優先順位向量及一致性檢定，得到權重值，作為遴選中部地區農村社區推動園藝療育的評估工具，以利於遴選具推動園藝療育發展潛力之農村社區，建置療癒庭園、辦理園藝療育課程培訓、設計及帶領長輩進行園藝療育活動。結果顯示，於農村社區導入與發展園藝療育事務，在社區遴選上第一優先考量為社會資本構面，第二為人力資本構面，其次為環境資本構面，最後則為經濟資本構面。透過「社會資本」構面的評估，可了解社區推動園藝療育的社會互動，包括社區組織的完整性、社區是否具備推動園藝療育的意願及熱情、社區活力、社區支持等。

The purpose of this research is to establish indicators for selecting rural communities in central Taiwan to implement horticultural therapy. To accomplish the purposes, through literature review, the analytic hierarchy process, question surveys and a workshop discuss, finally we get 20 evaluation items and grouped into 4 facet, viz ＂human capital＂, ＂environmental capital＂, ＂social capital＂ and ＂economic capital＂. The indicators could be used to select the rural communities of Taiwan and promote the horticultural therapy plan in rural communities. The results show that development of horticultural therapy activities and set a healing garden in rural communities, the first consideration factor is ＂social capital＂, followed by ＂human capital＂, followed by ＂environmental capital＂ and the last is ＂economic capital＂. Through the assessment of ＂social capital＂, we could understand the social interactions of people in the community, the integrity of community organizations, the community's willingness and enthusiasm, vitality and community support, which is vital to the success of horticultyral therapy in communities.
