增強式跳躍訓練對大專羽球選手的爆發力影響

The Effect of Plyometric Training on Collegiate Elite Badminton Players' Power

摘要


目的:為探討增強式訓練對大專公開組羽球選手爆發力、之影響。本研究選取20名大專公開組羽球選手為實驗參與者,以隨機分組方式分成實驗組10人及控制組10人。其中實驗組介入八週增強式訓練,控制組則未接受八週增強式訓練,訓練前後實施前測、後測等測驗,測驗內容垂直跳檢測爆發力,利用統計分析中之獨立樣本t檢定及成對樣本t檢定,作為統計分析工具。前測使用獨立樣本t檢定分析兩組間能力差異,其中測驗組內分析使用成對樣本t檢定檢測,分析組內進步幅度差異。本研究結果顯示經過為期八週的訓練後,實驗組組內爆發力在成對樣本t檢定後有顯著的差異(p<.05),結果指出八週增強式訓練對大專公開組羽球選手的爆發力能力有所提升之效果。根據本研究觀察,增強式訓練對羽球選手的爆發力能力上有提升的效果。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Plyometric Training on elite collegiate badminton players' performance of power. 20 elite college badminton players were random selected into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 8-weeks Plyometric Training program. The data of vertical jump, were collected before and after 8-weeks training period. Independent t-test and paired t-test were conducted to analyzed the difference between and within groups. The results revealed that after 8-weeks training program, the power of experimental group increased significantly (p<.05).There is not any significantly change on control group's power. The finding of this study indicates that 8-weeks Plyometric Training is effective for power obviously, slightly increased.
