以慣性測量裝置分析優秀女子排球選手比賽中垂直跳躍表現-以台電隊為例

Vertical Jump Performance Assessment of Elite Female Volleyball Players Using a Wearable Inertial Measurement Unit in Competition-A Case Study of Taipower Team

摘要


目的:研究優秀女子排球員在比賽中垂直跳躍高度之變化,並比較不同位置的球員在比賽中垂直跳躍次數之差異。並得知優秀女子排球員在訓練及比賽中的強度與疲勞程度。方法:以9名台電女子排球隊球員為受試對象,每位受試者通過VERT COACH測量9場企業13年甲級排球聯賽中的垂直跳躍次數及高度。以SPSS 20.0進行統計分析,使用重複量數單因子變異數分析以及獨立樣本單因子變異數分析比較不同位置球員垂直跳躍表現的變化及差異情形。結果:每位選手每場比賽平均跳躍次數達顯著差異,快攻手(69.06 ± 22.18次)與舉球員(61.56 ± 18.59次)每場平均跳躍次數顯著高於主攻手(43.33 ± 14.69次)與副攻手(42.17 ± 16.10次)。快攻手(29.04 ± 4.87%)、舉球員(25.94 ± 1.37%)與主攻手(27.22 ± 2.81%)平均跳躍次數百分比顯著高於副攻手(17.79 ± 3.87%),舉球員顯著低於快攻手。每位選手每場比賽平均最大跳躍高度有顯著差異,部分選手間未達顯著差異。台電隊平均最大跳躍高度沒有達顯著差異。結論:舉球員應加強急停跳躍能力,主攻手需增進最大跳躍高度,快攻手需增強連續跳躍能力,副攻手要有在快速位移中轉換跳耀的能力。在未來的訓練,可以多利用VERT COACH來取得球員更多的跳躍表現資料,以便教練依跳躍數據掌握選手個別疲勞狀況以及調整訓練強度。

Purpose: This research aimed to determine the changes of vertical jump performance in the elite female volleyball players during the 13th Top Volleyball League games and the differences of vertical jump performance among the players at different positions. The differences of vertical jump performance among the three match-ups were also examined. Methods: Nine elite female volleyball players (age 23.40 ± 4.00 years, height 173.78 ± 5.65 cm and weight 66.33 ± 4.95 kg) volunteered to participate in the study. The vertical jump performance of the participants in the 13th Top Volleyball League games were recorded using a wearable inertial measurement unit. One-way ANOVA with post-hoc LSD test was used to examine the data. Results: The average counts of jump per player per competition was significantly different. The jump counts in middle players (69.06 ± 22.18) and setters (61.56 ± 18.59) was higher than outside spiker (43.33 ± 14.69) and opposite players (42.17± 16.10). The percentage of jumps in middle players (29.04 ± 4.87 %), setters (25.94 ± 1.37 %) and outside spiker (27.22 ± 2.81 %) were significantly higher than the opposite players (17.79 ± 3.87 %). However, the percentage of jumps in setters was lower than the middle players. There was a significant difference in the average maximum jump height among players in competition. The average maximum jump height of the nine competition of the Taipower Women's Volleyball Team did not reach a significant difference. The total number of jump counts varied depending on sets of game. Conclusion: It is suggested that setters should improve the ability of rapid move and jump, outside spiker could enhance the maximum jumping height, middle players need to improve the ability of continuous jumping, and opposite players should improve the ability of jump in moving. VERT COACH can be applied in the future training to get more jumping performance data in order to understand the player's condition and modify the training intensity.
