摘要

休閒農業是最近幾年才推展的新農業經營型態，發展休閒農業為目前新農業政策之一。所謂休閒農業是利用農村設備、農村空間、農業生產、農業經營活動、農業自然資源環境以及農村人文資源，結合休閒服務與生態保育功能，並提高農民收益，促進農村發展的一種產業。本文係針對一個頗具發展潛力之休閒農場進行研究，期供發展休閒農業之參考。全文包括發展背景、創設經過，且分別就土地管理、勞動管理、資源設施的管理、環境衛生的管理、安全的管理、服務的管理以及行銷管理等方面探討農場的經營管理。此外，為期瞭解經營成果與財務狀況，尚進行財務分析。最後，探討目前所遭遇的問題並提出解決之道。

Leisure agriculture is a new type of agricultural management developed in recent years. Developing the leisure agriculture is also one of the current agricultural policies. The so called leisure agriculture is an industry consists of rural facilities, rural space, agricultural production, agricultural management activities, agriculture natural resource, environment and rural literatural resource, combined with functions of leisure service and ecology protection. Through such agricultural management, farmers' income may be raised and rural development may be improved. This report is based on a case study of a leisure farm with potential for future development. Informations obtained could be used as references for the development of leisure agriculture. In this paper, the background and course of farm development was described. In addition, the farm management was discussed with the viewpoints of the managements on land labour, resource facilities, environmental hygiene, security service and marketing etc. In order to know the achievement of farm management and financing status, financial analysis of this farm was made. Finally, the current difficulties and problems encountered was investigated and approches to solve these problems was also suggested.
