水耕蔬菜之病蟲害防治實務

摘要


水耕蔬菜栽培系統優點包括不受季節影響、集約栽培、占地少、產量高、適合機械化、更有效利用水分及肥料及避免很多病蟲害發生的風險等。本文以彰化地區水耕蔬菜栽培場為調查對象,主要介紹其常發生之病蟲害種類如軟腐病、根腐病、疫病、蚜蟲等害物及其防治方法,並針對現行化學藥劑防治病蟲害應注意的規定事項、動植物防疫檢疫局所推動之「免登記植物保護資材」制度與資材種類、避免種子帶菌的蔬菜種子消毒技術做歸納整理與說明,供農民參考。

The advantages of hydroponic vegetable cultivation system include (1) produce annually (2) space saving (3) high yield (4) suitable for mechanization (5) efficient use of water and fertilizers (6)low down the risk of many pests and diseases. In this study, we introduce pests and diseases mainly occur in hydroponic vegetable cultivation farms in Changhua, such as Erwinia soft rot, Pythium root rot, Phytophthora blight, aphids ,etc. Besides, we summarize the precautions for using chemical protection ,and introduce nonsynthetic reources and seed disinfection technology for reference.
