智慧型探測技術於建築防火之應用-以國內高等教育老舊校舍為例

Application of Intelligent Fire Detection Technologies in Building Fire Safety-the Case Study on Domestic Higher Education Older Campus

摘要


背景:傳統建築結合智慧化ICT系統和設備,並整合空間內部各項技術設施,提供使用者舒適安全且新穎便利的生活空間即為“智慧型建築",在智慧建築標章之中,以「安全防災」屬人身財產安全最為相關。目的:本文引用苗栗市國立聯合大學第六研究大樓為研究樣本,以探討國內高等教育老舊校舍為目標,探討國立聯合大學第六研究大樓所適用之智慧型探測技術。方法:針對第六研究大樓發展智慧型探測技術進行SWOT分析,以瞭解研究大樓之需求和所面臨問題,最後透過前述之研究內容研擬適合大樓內發展建築防火智慧型探測技術之芻議。結果:研究結果分別由格局觀點、技術觀點、制度觀點以及產學合作觀點等不同方向提出具體建議,提供聯合大學防災研究學系和相關產學合作規劃建築防火智慧型探測技術研究發展策略之參考。結論/實務應用:建議未來須注意及加強探測技術之整合、和必須加強校園及第六研究大樓智慧型防火技術之防災教育訓練,一旦火警發生時,便能妥善處理免於受到火災發展初期時之危害。

Backgrounds: Traditional buildings combine with intelligent ICT systems and equipment and become "intelligent buildings," providing the inhabitants comfortable, safe, new and convenient living spaces. In Intelligent Building Label, Safety and Disaster Prevention is most related to life and property. Purposes: National United University, Miaoli quote sixth research building for the study sample, Higher domestic explore the old school as the goal, This research uses the Sixth Research University at National United University to study the suitable automatic sensing technology for the building. Methods: We use SWOT analysis to investigate the needs and problems of the Sixth Research Building at National United University. Results: The results are as follows: First, although the automatic sensing technologies have reach certain maturity, its integrated system is not yet universal; therefore, it cannot be used in all the school buildings. Conclusions: we recommend that a national standard on sensing devices and their applications be established so each school building can be graded, categorized and easily managed, providing references for disaster-prevention researches at the University and industry-university cooperative research projects regarding the development strategy of automatic sensing technologies in architectural fireproofing.
