植物療癒性能與情感層次關聯性之探討

摘要

近幾年來以休閒遊憩活動的治療方式陸續出現，在日本與台灣也興起一股療傷風潮,而園藝治療已逐漸地被應用在生理、心理疾病上，並獲得某程度上的認同與肯定，因此許多標榜「療癒性」的商機與商品大量的充斥於市面。從過去的文獻回顧發現「園藝治療」除了對老年患者有心理及認知上的效益之外，藉由這種動態休閒活動的方式，也能對他們的生理機能有正面的成效。因此我們也希望藉由這樣的成效為目標,藉以探討動、靜態休閒活動的方式,來探討植物療癒性的層次。以專家訪談法從心理學情感層次，針對室內小型植物進行療傷性的檢視。研究結果發現：室內小型植物的療癒功能是以紓解情緒類別中的治標法，以舒緩情緒此項目來進行處理，提供使用者「暫離情緒的刺激情境」的機會；屬於「生理理論」的舒減壓力方法，提供使用者在壓力情況下「投入其他活動」的機會選項。

In recently years, the treatment modalities of recreational activities have been appeared in Japan and Taiwan. And the horticultural therapy has gradually been applied in the physical and mental illness. The literature review also found that horticultural therapy not only has mental and cognitive benefits for elderly patients, but also has the positive effect on physiological function. This study in order to explore the healing of the plants hierarchy in dynamic and static styles of leisure activities. Using interviews with experts from the psychological emotional hierarchy to the healing hierarchy in indoor plants, the results found that indoor plants of the treatment emotion is the relief emotional healing category and provide users opportunities away from emotional stimulation situational. The physiological theory of palliative pressure methods provide the under pressure users the other activities options
