探討台灣法式滾球運動發展及訓練之策略

臺灣自2004年開始引進法式滾球（Petanque）的發展，加上此運動為世運會比賽項目，政府部門亦開始重視並推廣，現已成為一項新興的時尚休閒運動。推廣滾球運動是以入門技巧性不高為號召，希望能夠促使人人參與進而發展及推廣該項運動，但入門之後的技能提昇或是選手的培訓，在過去少有相關的研究介入，導致各教練在學習方法、教學訓練上均有所不同。也因此對選手的訓練也日益受到重視。故本文旨在透過文獻分析及筆者本身從事相關活動探討台灣法式滾球運動之起源、發展現況及運動訓練之因應策略。經歸納分析後，建議未來台灣發展法式滾球及訓練因應策略如下：一、資源結構整合，如單項協會的推動及、學校開立此類課程、運動網站資訊提供、運動嘉年華等以帶動學習風氣。二、建置合適的場地與結合活動體驗，從中吸引更多參與者的投入，更能找到推動滾球運動絕佳的立足點及未來發展空間。三、結合國內、外定期運動競賽辦理、種子教練的宣導及研討會，透過多元化的傳媒，人力資源、及其相關產經學的全力配合，轉向自我技術的體驗與提升，輔導教練、選手建立及整合訓練及技術精進之交流的管道，以協助選手於國際賽事上締造佳績。

Taiwan has begun to introduce Petanque sport since 2004. Together with its involvement as sport event in world class competition, government started to pay attention and promote this sport as new leisure sport nowadays. To promote this sport, skill level for entry is not high so everyone can participate to promote on the development and promotion of the sport. However after entry, the skill improvement and athlete training depend on teaching and training methods based on related research finding. Athlete training is considered as important factor. Therefore, this article explored origin, current development and training strategies of Taiwan Petanque methods by literature studies from the author who also involved in the sport. After general analysis, the recommendation on Taiwan Petanque development and training strategies are: (1) Integrate the resources, such as promoting the association, opening course related to this field in the school, explaining this sport on the website, holding sport carnival in order to promote a culture of learning. (2) Build a suitable venue and combined event experience, which attract more participant's involvement to find better spot and place for future development, (3) combine domestic and foreign competition, nurture coach by training and seminar, integrate media, human resources and school for training and technology development in order to assist athletes in international competitions.
